This is a Central Park coffee table, designed in 1983 by Ettore Sottsass for Knoll Studio. The design was part of his West Side collection, and the middle of the table is meant to represent Central Park. The piece features a polished marble plinth base that has eight white painted wood columnar supports, and it has a thick square glass top. The marble plinth base has hues of white and grey, a fine contrast to the white painted wood supports.
This table measures 40 inches long, 40 inches wide, and 15.5 inches high. The table is in excellent shape, lest for a small chip on one corner and some light scratches atop the glass. Overall, this table is in wonderful condition.
