This is an Eames DSW-1 Side Chair, originally designed by Ray and Charles Eames for Herman Miller in 1948. These examples were produced by Herman Miller in the USA in 2018. Their design features a molded plastic shell in black with a seat upholstered in black fabric, and these have ebonized wood dowel bases. DSW is an acronym for Dining Height Side Chair Wood Base.
