The E-SKIM DC skimmers are equipped with the unique SELTZ D SKIM DC pump by Hydor with electronic control that guarantees high performance in terms of water flow and air intake. A special needle impeller designed in the Hydor laboratories guarantees a perfect mixing of large quantities of water and air. Innovative extraction system of the upper container neck which facilitates cleaning operations. In the event of power failures and high sump water, the electronic pump prevents the over-flow of the liquid from the upper skimmer container, thanks to pump starting delay which is directly managed by the controller.
