Press again if the patch is not attached. Step 4: Sew the patch with an over lock by machine if the patch is detached from the uniform after wash.

• 2. Hand out TAEKI INNER STRENGTH sticker card to all trainees.
• 3, Prepare a space to stock the sticker card in your gym if you can and always display them to trainees.
• 4. Select "the day's excellent trainee" everyday. At least one student should be chosen and give them TAEKI INNER STRENGTH sticker with a firm praise after the class
• 5. Give the relevant PATCH when someone gathers more than 5 INNER STRENGTH stickers. 6. The trainee shall put the relevant PATCH on correct location of the uniform
